The Division of General Internal Medicine offers programs
for primary and secondary medical care for all ages. In-depth evaluations
of complex diagnostic or therapeutic dilemmas, which often do not fit easily
within a single specialty (Diagnostic Clinic). Programs provide evaluation
and management of acute and chronic medical conditions as well as long-term
follow up and preventive health maintenance. All referral patients are
required to pass through the Diagnostic Clinic before entering other departments
as part of our service. |
